Better Business Bureau
I got a letter today from the Better Business Bureau stating that a potential customer has made an enquiry on Luminescent Memories. Unfortunately, they didn’t have up-to-date information on our photography business and mailed us a form to complete.
I have just finished up and FAXed the paperwork so that the Better Business Bureau has information about Luminescent Memories Photography. We don’t want any potential customer turned away due to lack of information.
Thanks very much to that potential customer. We appreciate research and we urge all potential clients, no matter who the photographer, to check references. It helps you and it helps us business owners too.
